Description

The Lead - Quality IQC Auditor is responsible for training staff and ensuring quality standards through process auditing and in-process inspection of products to meet specifications.

Requirements
  1. Conduct IQC checks by inspecting pallets for damage, unloading, and rewrapping with stretch wrap.
  2. Capture images and document observations in designated folders, attaching relevant emails.
  3. For damaged materials (DMR), collect all relevant information such as BOL#, PO, and damage description.
  4. Label DMR with ID forms, include copies of BOL, and move materials to designated cages with photos.
  5. Communicate results via email with PASS or FAIL status, providing explanations if needed.
  6. Move high-value items to inspection areas to verify counts, taking pictures for records and audits.
  7. Send emails reporting PASS or FAIL statuses, including additional pictures if necessary.
  8. Perform outbound audits for shipping across warehouse locations, providing detailed reports via email.
  9. Ensure all materials are properly secured and correctly packed for shipping, documenting issues with photos.
  10. Sort items brought by QA Engineers for inspection to prevent production shutdowns.
  11. Gather information on production issues, report daily counts of good and defective materials, and update progress.
  12. Inspect materials from other areas for damage due to mishandling, especially for FAB lines.
  13. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the IQC area by conducting 5S activities, clearing docks, taping floors, cleaning, and securing materials.
  14. Inspect CPUs and motherboards for bent pins and defects.
