Halliburton is seeking an entry-level professional to gain experience in the Operations group within the ESG MGT PSL. This role provides an operational view of PSL offerings and hands-on learning of Halliburton's core processes at the point of delivery.

The position may involve rigging up and down of wellsite equipment and requires the ability to travel out of state. A bachelor's degree or 1 year of Halliburton experience, plus a valid driver's license, are required.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related discipline, OR equivalent Halliburton experience for 1 year.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• US work authorization; Halliburton will not sponsor visas for this position.
• Must be able to travel in and out of state.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; SAP preferred.

Job Description

• Under general supervision, provide a broad operational view of company Product Service Line (PSL) offerings.
• Provide participant with working knowledge of Halliburton's mainstay processes.
• Demonstrate basic job procedures such as operational factors, personnel function, and customer response at the point of delivery.
• May perform active role in rigging up and down of wellsite equipment.
• Learn responsibility for development and leadership of the Frac-Acid, Cement, and Halliburton Completion Tools (HCT) PSL profit centers within assigned NWA.

Qualifications

• Work Authorization: Candidates who are not legally authorized to work in the United States will not be considered. Halliburton will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
• Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration or a similar discipline; OR through experience as a Halliburton employee for a minimum of 1 year.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record.
• This is a USA program only.
• Must be able to travel in and out of state.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel etc.) required.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
