Job summary

Halliburton is seeking an Entry-Level professional to provide an operational view of PSL offerings and gain working knowledge of the company's core processes. You will demonstrate basic job procedures, support rigging activities at wellsites, and contribute to developing PSL profit centers within the assigned North West Area (NWA).

The role requires a degree in Business Administration or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience (min 1 year) within Halliburton.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record.
• U.S. work authorization is required; Halliburton will not sponsor visas for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide a broad operational view of Halliburton PSL offerings.
• Provide participant with working knowledge of Halliburton's main processes.
• Demonstrate basic job procedures including operational factors, personnel function, and customer response at the point of delivery.
• May perform active role in rigging up and down of wellsite equipment.
• Develop and lead PSL profit centers (Frac-Acid, Cement, HCT) within the assigned NWA.

Job Description

• Under general supervision, provide a broad operational view of company Product Service Line (PSL) offerings.
• Provide participant with working knowledge of Halliburton's mainstay processes.
• Demonstrate basic job procedures such as operational factors, personnel function, and customer response at the point of delivery.
• May perform active role in rigging up and down of wellsite equipment.
• Learn responsibility for development and leadership of the Frac-Acid, Cement, and Halliburton Completion Tools (HCT) PSL profit centers within assigned NWA.

Qualifications

• Work Authorization: Candidates who are not legally authorized to work in the United States will not be considered. Halliburton will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
• Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration or a similar discipline; OR through experience as a Halliburton employee for a minimum of 1 year.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record.
• This is a USA program only.
• Must be able to travel in and out of state.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel etc.) required.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
