Job summary

A prominent asphalt production company in Ohio is seeking a skilled individual to support operations at various asphalt plants. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, adhering to safety guidelines, and performing welding and mechanical tasks. Candidates must have a Class B CDL and experience with cutting and welding. Qualifications

• Must be able to pass drug and alcohol screenings on demand.
• Able to work both nights and weekends.
• Possess a clean driving record.
• Able to work alone or with large groups of team members.
• Certification in crane rigging and signaling is required.

Responsibilities

• Support production of hot-mix asphalt through plant maintenance and repairs.
• Operate company equipment safely while adhering to guidelines.
• Work efficiently under supervision and independently.
• Complete necessary training as prescribed by the company.

Skills

Knowledge of Asphalt Plant Operations

Cutting and welding experience (Mig, Tig & Stick)

Mechanical knowledge

Ability to work in confined spaces

Class B CDL

Ability to lift 75 lbs

Ability to solve problems
