Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson (JMT) is seeking an Archaeologist for field leadership in Houston/Round Rock, TX. You will manage small field crews, conduct Phase I fieldwork, monitor sites during construction, collect data, and assist with reporting under supervision.

Qualifications
- Requires 3+ years of CRM field experience in archaeology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology or related field and accredited field school.
- Experience with Phase I/II/III CRM archaeological survey and/or excavation.
Responsibilities
- Lead field crews on Phase I archaeological fieldwork.
- Monitor construction-related archaeological activities.
- Record field data and prepare reports under supervision.
- Coordinate field scheduling and logistics with project teams.
- Ensure safety and proper use of field equipment.
