Qualifications

• Must obtain ISA Certified Arborist after hire.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Tree Care Industry.
• Regional plant and horticulture knowledge; good people skills; self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Learn to work as a tree doctor that makes house calls.
• Educate customers on tree needs for residential and commercial clients.
• Provide customers with estimates based on their needs.
• Develop and update annual plant health care programs.
• Create and build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Set up and supervise crew members on customer jobs.
• Support the District Manager in guiding the whole team.
