Job summary

The Davey Tree Expert Company in Needham, MA is seeking a Sales Arborist Representative to join our outdoors-based team. You’ll educate customers, provide tree care estimates, and help grow a portfolio of residential and commercial clients.

You will work with district management to coordinate crews and deliver high-quality service while advancing your sales skills in a national leader in horticultural and environmental services.

Qualifications

• Must obtain ISA Certified Arborist after hire.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Tree Care Industry.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Background in sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn to work as a tree doctor that makes house calls.
• Educate residential and commercial customers on the needs of their trees.
• Provide customers with estimates based on their needs.
• Develop and update annual plant health care programs.
• Create and build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Set up and supervise crew members assigned to customer jobs.
• Learn to be a part of the office and field management team.
• The Sales Representatives assist the District Manager in the direction of the whole team.

Compensation

$70,000 -$130,000 based on experience

Job Duties

What You’ll Do:
