Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas seeks a Field Applications Engineer to support customers in evaluating thermal management solutions for data center, telecom, and industrial applications. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and partners to define specifications and recommend Delta products during early development stages.

You will host technical discussions, analyze designs, and provide application support, while coordinating with Delta teams globally.

Qualifications

• BSEE or BSME, 3–5 years in design or applications engineering for thermal management.
• Strong communication: interpret customer needs and propose solutions across applications.
• Knowledge of rack-level and data center cooling solutions.
• Experience with telecom/IT industries.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Host meetings discussing specifications, applications, and issues with customers and Delta Asia engineering.
• Analyze customer designs and OEM equipment; recommend Delta products in early development.
• Assist customers on applications, specifications, and quality matters.
• Act as technical liaison between customers, Delta US, and Delta teams for all products.
• Support market analysis for new products and markets.
