Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, and/or engineering industries.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and their components (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.
• Willingness to travel as needed for quality-related tasks (up to 50%).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, or Power Generation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field quality for electrical BOS components.
• Handle requests for information, warranty claims & RMA processing.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Legal teams.
• Create work instructions and perform corrective actions in the field.
• Monitor KPIs including CSAT, NPS, FRT, and resolution efficiency.
