Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Engineering Technology, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience in applications engineering or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource for customers, OEMs, distribution partners, and the sales team regarding product applications and troubleshooting.
• Assist customers with technical issues, product troubleshooting, testing, and field support activities.
• Design wiring diagrams and wire harnesses for customer-specific applications.
• Develop application drawings, layouts, and technical documentation to support projects.
• Participate in customer meetings, design reviews, and onsite support activities to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, operations, and manufacturing to meet customer expectations and timelines.
• Build and test prototype assemblies, wire harnesses, and control panels for customer applications and new product development.
• Support product validation, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
