Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment or systems in line with specifications and safety requirements.
• Carry out routine maintenance and inspections to keep equipment running at peak performance.
• Diagnose technical problems and identify effective solutions.
• Support customers with technical guidance related to equipment operation and repair.
• Keep accurate documentation of service visits, repairs, and parts used.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams throughout the service process.
• Support assembly operations and testing of products deployed in field applications.
• Partner with product and sales teams to resolve field issues and provide technical information.
