Job summary

Allentown-LL is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide in-field service support across North America, with a focus on pumps, hydraulics, and electro-mechanical systems. You will assist in installations, retrofits, and customer training, maintaining strong client relationships through world-class technical service.

The role requires coordinating with project management and service teams, managing spare parts and preventive maintenance, and driving safety and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related applications.
• Strong customer service orientation and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Solid technical background with pumps, motors, blowers, hydraulics, and electro‑mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of fluids, electrical/HVAC, and ability to diagnose PLC controls.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-field service support with a regional and national focus.
• Coordinate installations, retrofits, and customer training.
• Manage spare parts range, quantity, pricing, and delivery.
• Oversee preventative maintenance proposals and contracts.
• Ensure tasks meet service standards and are completed on time.
• Document issues and communicate solutions to manufacturing.
