Job summary

BizLink Technology, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Field Application Engineer in Round Rock, TX. You will build technical relationships with customers and help design high-performance, cost-effective interconnect solutions.

You will travel to customer sites, collaborate with the QE team to address quality issues, and provide technical marketing support, presentations, and feedback to continuously improve BizLink products.

Qualifications

• Bachelors' or Masters' degree in engineering; mechanical engineering preferred.
• 3+ years experience in the interconnect industry with data center wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
• 3D model capabilities and strong technical communication to lead cross-disciplinary investigations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical relationships with customers.
• Visit customers to design products with high performance and low cost; secure design wins.
• Coordinate with QE to address quality issues locally.
• Conduct testing to replicate failures and perform preliminary failure analysis.
• Provide technical marketing support and create product presentations.
• Create and utilize 3D representations of objects; travel as needed.
• Support growth of BizLink and engineering resources; provide feedback to improve offerings.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
