Job summary

Molex is looking for a proactive Field Application Engineer (FAE) based in Fremont, California, to lead technical engagements with customers. This role involves resolving engineering barriers and driving new design wins for high-speed copper products.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in relevant engineering fields and at least 3 years of engineering experience. The salary is between $150,000 to $170,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant engineering experience within the electronics industry.
• Experience in managing and leading projects independently.
• Experience directly interfacing with customers.

Responsibilities

• Support customer engineering contacts to secure new design wins.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key engineering and SI contacts.
• Work closely with customer engineers to resolve technical issues.
