McHale Komatsu in the UK is seeking a Special Applications & Field Support Engineer to install, commission, maintain and support our construction technology portfolio across the country.

You will primarily perform depot-based installations with field support, commissioning assistance and customer training. The role requires strong electrical, hydraulic and mechanical diagnostic skills, plus a customer-focused approach and willingness to travel nationwide.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with construction plant or heavy equipment.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and hydraulic schematics.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Install and commission technology systems on new and used machinery.
• Configure and test machine-control systems and sensors.
• Diagnose faults remotely and on site, and perform repairs or recalibration.
• Provide customer training and handovers across the UK.
• Travel nationally to support customers and depot network.
