Job summary

eZone Staffing, LLC is seeking a Field Application Engineer for a fast-growing Bay Area-based wireless semiconductor company specializing in BLE and short-range connectivity. The role focuses on providing field technical support across the assigned territory.

You will collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams in the US and China, assist customers through evaluation and development, and travel as needed to support key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics/CS or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of field support experience in semiconductors.
• Strong written and verbal English; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide field technical support for assigned territory.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to meet customer needs.
• Assist Sales in presenting a technical value proposition.
• Support customers in evaluation and development activities.
• Reproduce and diagnose customer issues with engineering teams in the US and China.
