Job summary

Werfen seeks an Application Consultant to travel to hospital and lab sites across the Inter Mountain territory, delivering installations, validations, and training. You will support customers clinically, ensure regulatory compliance, and expand knowledge of Werfen products within the installed base.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in a lab setting, strong communication skills, and the ability to discuss complex technical concepts with diverse staff, including physicians.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Medical Technology or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years’ work experience in a lab/clinical setting.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs instrument installations, validations/verification and training.
• Ensures customer satisfaction within the installed base.
• Provides clinical and technical support and education to customers.
