Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a Field Application Specialist for the Texas/Oklahoma/Arkansas region. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Fluorescence Microscopy and cell culture to provide exceptional support for the Incucyte product line. You will engage with customers through training, troubleshooting, and feedback, ensuring their needs are met while contributing to product improvements. This position offers the chance to travel domestically and work closely with a dynamic Sales team. Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience with Fluorescence Microscopy and eukaryotic cell culture.

Job description

As the Field Application Specialist for the Texas/Oklahoma/Arkansas region, you will be responsible for providing product expertise, application knowledge, and technical support throughout each step of the customer's process, primarily for the Incucyte product line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales team in promoting Incucyte instruments and reagents through presentations, demonstrations, and application reviews.
  • Assist customers post-sale with instrument and application training, and provide ongoing support, re-training, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide feedback to Marketing and Product Management for product improvements and development.
  • Support Quality Department in troubleshooting and analyzing customer issues for resolution.
  • Report on the competitive landscape encountered in the field.
  • Domestic travel 30-50% is required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Bioengineering, Chemistry, or Biochemistry.
  • At least 2 years' experience with Fluorescence Microscopy and eukaryotic cell culture.
  • Previous product and/or application support experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 49.9 pounds regularly.
  • Valid US driver's license.

Preferred:

  • PhD or Master's degree.
  • Experience with Incucyte.
  • High emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to interact with diverse levels within organizations.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based software.
  • Customer-facing or customer service experience if prior application support is lacking.
