Job summary
Clarapath, a medical robotics company, seeks a Field Application Specialist to support SectionStar and TrimStar Pro systems at customer sites across the continental United States. You will provide hands-on application and technical support, training, and demonstrations to ensure successful integration within laboratory workflows.
The role requires histology knowledge, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and regular travel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Histology, Biology, Laboratory Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- HT or HTL certification preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in histology, pathology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of histology workflows and lab equipment troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation, installation, and adoption at customer sites.
- Provide hands-on application and technical support to customers before, during, and after implementation.
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer training on system operation and workflows.
- Develop strong working relationships with histotechnicians, pathologists, and lab managers.
- Troubleshoot workflow, application, and product-related issues and propose solutions.
- Travel to customer sites and represent Clarapath professionally.
