Job summary

Clarapath is a medical robotics company based in Westchester County, NY, seeking a Field Application Specialist to support the successful implementation, training, and ongoing use of SectionStar and TrimStar Pro systems at customer sites.

You'll collaborate with Engineering, R&D, Product, and Service teams, deliver hands-on demonstrations, troubleshoot workflows, and travel regularly across the continental United States to enable laboratory adoption of Clarapath technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Histology, Biology, Laboratory Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• HT or HTL certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in histology, pathology, or related field.
• Strong understanding of histology workflows and laboratory equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, installation, and adoption of Clarapath systems at customer sites.
• Provide hands-on application and technical support before, during, and after implementation.
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer training on system operation and workflows.
• Travel to customer sites and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
