Job summary

Luxshare-Tech currently seeks a Field Application Engineer in Milpitas to serve as the primary technical interface between customers and Luxshare. You will identify opportunities, drive new designs toward awards, and lead on-site engineering analyses across interconnect solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 5+ years in engineering with at least 3 years in application engineering. Strong collaboration, leadership, and cross-disciplinary skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in application engineering or product development.
• Expertise in mechanical, electrical, or signal/power integrity engineering; cross-disciplinary knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify opportunities and drive new design wins.
• Present product portfolios and differentiate offerings to customers.
• Provide agile design support and collaborate with engineering on customized solutions.
• Lead on-site engineering analyses to support system- and component-level designs.
• Resolve technical issues, quality concerns, and field failures.
• Deliver training to customers and internal teams.
• Define roadmaps with sales, product management, R&D, and BD teams.
