You will drive product-level strategies to increase revenue and profitability while supporting the sales organization with technical expertise and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring strong product knowledge, supplier management experience, and a commitment to continuous improvement across diverse end markets and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with industrial instrumentation products or related technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with execution focus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience supporting sales teams through training and solution development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product line strategies aligned with sales goals.
• Manage lifecycle planning and cross-selling for assigned products.
• Own day-to-day relationships with manufacturers and suppliers; negotiate pricing and programs.
• Provide product training and SME support to sales teams and customers.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and with events as a product SME.
