Job summary

BizLink Group is looking for a Field Application Engineer to serve as a technical liaison for their data center power solutions in Seattle. The ideal candidate will build relationships with key stakeholders, provide in-depth technical support, and ensure successful product implementation.

The position requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, along with over 3 years of experience. Proficiency in SolidWorks or CREO is preferred. Candidates should be self-driven, possess strong communication skills, and be proactive problem-solvers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical or sales environment.
• Strong understanding of High-Power architecture and components for datacenter, networking, storage, and compute technologies.
• Familiarity with the IT infrastructure Industry, CSPs, and ODMs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical liaison and subject matter expert for Bizlink’s data center power solutions.
• Conduct on-site visits frequently to support product integration and troubleshoot issues.
• Modify 3D CADs for immediate customer support and to communicate feedback to the internal R&D team.
