Job summary

Point One Navigation is seeking an experienced Field Application Engineer (FAE) based in the US to drive technical adoption of our GNSS/GPS SaaS solutions across key accounts worldwide. You will partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success and Engineering to translate complex positioning challenges into actionable design wins.

In this role you will lead pre-sales engagements, perform PoCs, architect integrations with GNSS corrections, cloud services and embedded systems, and enable customers

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing engineering role.
• 2+ years in hardware, software and/or GNSS space.
• Ability to travel 25% of time.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to understand customer needs and deliver technical presentations, workshops, and demos.
• Lead architecture reviews, deployment planning and systems integration design for GNSS corrections, cloud services, autonomy stacks and embedded systems.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance, onboarding and training to ensure successful product adoption.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance as the technical liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with global counterparts across North America, EU and APAC to align strategy and resources.
