- Act as the on-site/field technical liaison for platform software issues with OEM customers across the USA
- Analyze and troubleshoot system problems in the field, including Ethernet, sensor connectivity, software updates, and vehicle communication
- Collaborate with Mobileye software teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve field-reported issues
- Provide hands‑on platform expertise during customer bring‑up, integration, and validation activities
- Support the development of innovative automotive products, including autonomous vehicles
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in system debugging/testing in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of vehicle topology and ECU system architecture
- Strong skills in Ethernet communication, CANFD, ETH, SOMEIP, and tools like CANoe
- Strong experience in Ethernet communication and service-oriented architecture
- Willing to relocate to USA for customer/field engagements
- Proficient in English
- Preferred: 5-7 years of experience in automotive system/SW/validation, preferably with ADAS products
- Preferred: Experience with multi-SOC ECUs, AUTOSAR, and network management
- Preferred: Advanced debugging skills for field issues
