Job summary

Mobileye seeks a Field Application Engineer to serve as the on-the-ground platform expert, supporting leading automotive OEMs across the USA in deploying Mobileye products. You will analyze complex systems in the field and collaborate with development teams to drive effective solutions.

You will work as the on-site technical liaison, troubleshoot field issues (Ethernet, sensor connectivity, software updates, vehicle communication), and support bring-up, integration, and validation activities for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in system debugging/testing in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of vehicle topology and ECU system architecture.
• Strong Ethernet, CANFD, ETH, SOMEIP skills; CANoe experience.
• Willing to relocate to USA for field engagements.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site technical liaison for platform software issues for OEM customers across the USA.
• Analyze and troubleshoot field system problems including Ethernet, sensor connectivity, software updates, and vehicle communication.
• Collaborate with Mobileye SW teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve field-reported issues.

This role involves analyzing complex systems in the field, working closely with customer engineering teams, and collaborating with development teams to drive effective solutions.

What will your job look like?

All you need is:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in system debugging/testing in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of vehicle topology andECUsystem architecture.
• Strong skills in Ethernet communication, CANFD,ETH, SOMEIP, and tools like CANoe.
• Strong experience in Ethernet communication and service-oriented architecture.
• Willing to relocate to USA for customer/field engagements.
• Proficient in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in automotive system/SW/validation, preferably withADASproducts.
• Experience with multi-SOC ECUs, AUTOSAR, and network management.
• Advanced debugging skills for field issues.
