Position Overview
We are seeking a technically driven and customer-focused Field Applications Engineer (FAE) to support our thermal management and liquid cooling solutions throughout the customer lifecycle. This is a highly mobile, on-the-road position that requires the engineer to spend the majority of their time working directly at customer sites rather than in a traditional office environment. The role serves as the primary technical liaison between customers, Sales, and Engineering, providing pre-sales consultation, product demonstrations, installation and integration support, troubleshooting, training, and post-sales technical support for data center, AI server, and industrial applications.
Regular travel throughout Texas is required, with approximately 50% travel to customer locations outside the state, as well as occasional international travel for technical and product training at our Asia headquarters.
