Job summary

Optimum seeks a Manager, Field & Network Analytics to deliver actionable insights that improve operational performance across Field Operations and Network Services. You will build and maintain KPIs, forecasting models, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM required.
• Master's degree in STEM, Business Analytics, Data Science, OR related preferred.
• 5+ years of analytics experience in BI or operational analytics.
• Experience creating forecasts, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards for field and network performance.
• Build forecasting models for field workload, service demand, and staffing.
• Provide actionable recommendations from root-cause analyses.
• Present insights to leadership and drive data-driven decisions.
