Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking a Data Analytics and Test Engineer to support our Test and Training Group. This role blends software scripting with clear metric reporting and data visualization to deliver real-time operational insights for military test ranges.

The engineer develops custom data pipelines, builds dashboards, and translates test data into polished briefings and spreadsheets for stakeholders. Travel up to 25% for on-site field testing is required.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain security clearance.
• Minimum of 4 years of related field experience.
• Proficiency with Python, MATLAB, or C#.
• Strong analytical, inference, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate live display and analysis tools during active test events in real-time field environments.
• Collect, catalog, compile, and analyze live and post-mission test data.
• Create clear reports, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint briefings for customers.
• Develop software tools to aid in the analysis of data.
• Travel up to 25% for on-site field testing.
