You will prototype, productionize AI apps, connect data and APIs, and partner with product, architecture, and security to deliver measurable business value. Travel overnight as needed; 5+ years in software/AI engineering preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, data science, or related field.
• 5+ years in software/AI/data engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and production AI patterns.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work with business users and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Embed with business and field teams to understand workflows and pain points.
• Prototype and productionize AI-enabled applications and workflows.
• Connect enterprise data, models, APIs, and third-party capabilities.
• Define MVP scope with Product and ensure scalable, secure solutions.
• Drive field testing, adoption, and iteration.
• Represent the function in governance, security, and readiness activities.
• Stay current on AI practices and apply new capabilities for business value.
• Identify new opportunities where data and AI create value.
• Travel as needed.
