Job summary

CloudFactory is an AI enablement company that designs and delivers scalable integrations for enterprise clients, turning complex data into production-grade AI workflows. You will work hands-on to deploy architectures, build data pipelines, and lead technical discussions with C-level and engineering stakeholders.

You will collaborate with delivery teams to translate proofs-of-concept into robust production capabilities, while proactively identifying risks and opportunities to improve reliability

Qualifications

• 2+ years software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Go.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience building APIs and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Claude and related AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between client systems and CloudFactory's platform.
• Architect scalable agentic AI and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Define data ingestion, transformation, and feedback loops.
• Evaluate system bottlenecks (latency, quality, throughput).
• Translate PoC AI systems into scalable production workflows.
• Identify operational risks before deployment.
• Partner with Delivery teams to ensure feasibility.
• Improve reliability and reduce manual intervention.
• Build APIs, connectors, automation scripts, and data pipelines.
• Debug integration issues in client environments.
• Contribute to internal platform enhancements.
• Surface recurring patterns from client deployments.
• Distinguish between custom solutions and reusable features.
• Influence roadmap priorities with field evidence.
• Lead technical discovery sessions.
• Support pre-sales validation.
• Act as trusted advisor to enterprise engineering teams.
