Job summary

You will document findings, prepare inspection reports, and share results with the agronomy specialist and customers. The role involves driving to field locations and applying IPM techniques with GPS guidance to identify threats.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old.
• Basic production agriculture understanding.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to field locations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks (lifting 50+ pounds) and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections of customer crop fields to monitor health and conditions.
• Prepare inspection reports and share findings with agronomy specialists and customers.
• Operate company vehicle to field locations and maintain vehicle as required.
• Utilize IPM techniques and GPS to identify weeds, pests, and diseases.
• Participate in technical trainings and support other agronomy duties as needed.
