Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Regular inspections of customer crop fields to monitor health and conditions.
• Assist with facility and equipment maintenance and repair.
• Drive company vehicle to designated field locations.
• Inspect fields using IPM techniques and GPS to identify weeds, insects and diseases.
• Document findings, complete inspection reports, and share with agronomy staff and customers.
• Attend scheduled technical training sessions and meetings.
• Support additional agronomy retail operational duties as time allows.
