New Century FS, Inc. is seeking an Agronomy Field Inspector to perform regular inspections of customer crop fields, monitor health, and assist with general agronomy functions.

You will drive to designated field locations, document findings, and provide inspection reports to the agronomy specialist and customers. Responsibilities include using IPM techniques and GPS technology to identify weeds, insects, diseases, and other threats, discussing results with customers and the agronomy team, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to travel and operate company vehicle.
• Must lift 51–70 pounds and perform field inspections.

Responsabilités

• Regular inspections of customer crop fields to monitor health and conditions.
• Prepare inspection reports and share findings with agronomy specialist and customers.
• Discuss results with customers and agronomy staff to add value to service.
• Attend technical trainings and meetings.
• Support additional agricultural retail operational duties as time allows.
