Job summary

First Legal is seeking a Field Agent in Sacramento to perform document collection and delivery duties for clients, government offices and other locations according to dispatch instructions. The role is full-time, non-exempt, field/in-office with extensive travel; you will maintain confidentiality, build client relationships, and ensure timely deliveries.

• Establish a strong working relationship with clients.

• Taking responsibility for high-value or confidential items.
• Filling out paperwork about completed deliveries.
• Working with dispatch to get to the right locations.

Position Summary:

The role of a Field agent is to retrieve records/documents in a deadline-driven environment through document collection from the client and deliver them to government offices, businesses, and other locations based on their instructions.

Travel

• 95% of travel is required for client pick-up and deliveries to various locations.
• 5% in the office

Required Education and Experience

• High School graduate or GED equivalent
• Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record (3 points or less)
• Must pass a background check.
• Be willing to work overtime and over the weekends at times if needed.
