WyoTech is seeking a driven, outgoing Field Admissions Representative to join our Admissions team. You’ll connect with prospective students, build meaningful relationships, attend events, and help future students take the next step toward a career in the trades.

In this fast‑paced role, you’ll develop your territory, deliver engaging presentations at high schools and events, mentor top students, guide families through the admissions process, and partner with schools and industry groups to expand

Qualificações

• Dynamic, high-energy speaking ability to engage audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with students, instructors, counselors, and industry partners.
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and office software.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage your territory, building awareness and interest in WyoTech programs.
• Deliver engaging, high-impact presentations at high schools, events, and industry gatherings.
• Cultivate relationships with high school instructors, counselors, and CTE programs; industry partners.
• Identify and mentor top students, helping them explore and pursue careers in the trades.
• Guide students and families through the admissions and enrollment process.
• Represent WyoTech at career fairs, trade shows, and community events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management using CRM tools.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless student experience
• Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management using CRM tools
