Job summary

WyoTech in Southern Indiana seeks a Field Admissions Representative to grow the territory, connect with prospective students, and deliver engaging presentations at schools and events. You will build relationships with instructors, counselors, and industry partners while guiding applicants through admissions.

Ideal candidates are dynamic, self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable using CRM tools like Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage your territory, building awareness and interest in WyoTech programs.
• Deliver engaging, high-impact presentations at high schools, events, and industry gatherings.
• Cultivate relationships with: High school instructors and counselors, CTE programs, Industry partners and trade organizations.
• Identify and mentor top students, helping them explore and pursue careers in the trades.
• Guide students and families through the admissions and enrollment process.
• Represent WyoTech at career fairs, trade shows, and community events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management using CRM tools.
