Frontline Insurance is seeking a Field Adjuster for the Southwest Florida Territory to provide professional, timely service to insureds and promptly handle first-party claims within authority. You will inspect properties, determine loss values, and support catastrophe operations when needed.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of field experience with an insurer, proficiency in Xactimate, and solid communication and organizational skills.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum 2 years field experience with an insurance carrier.
• Proficient in Xactimate.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence.
• Must maintain required licenses.

Mansioni

• Provide professional and responsive customer service to insureds.
• Review and adjust first-party claims within assigned authority limits.
• Research policy coverage forms for claim settlement or denial.
• Conduct basic claim investigations at both the desk and field levels, including coverage, cause, and damages.
• Contact insureds to schedule inspection of damaged property, travel to affected property, and conduct such inspections in a timely manner.
• Fully inspect, photograph, sketch and scope all damaged and undamaged areas of the insured property.
• Determine the total value of the claim.
• Utilize several software programs throughout the day to determine the parameters of the loss.
• Establish claim reserves according to guidelines.
• Provide verbal and written customer service.
• Document claim activity and potential subrogation.
• Participate in training and claim roundtables.
• Prepare basic claim correspondence (reservation of rights, denial letters).
• Assist with catastrophe operations as required, including, but not limited to working extra hours or deploying to affected areas to help policyholders.
• Assist with special projects or tasks as required.
