Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Field Production Manager to bring best-in-class consumer activations to life across the United States. You will lead planning, logistics, warehousing, setup, execution, and breakdown of sampling programs and brand experiences.

The role requires extensive travel, up to 75% nationwide, and coordination with activation, field operations, brand, sales, and warehouse partners. Strong leadership and problem-solving in fast-paced environments are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in experiential production or large-scale consumer activations.
• At least 3 years as primary production lead for complex programs.
• Experience leading production crews, vendors, drivers, and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite execution of sampling programs, mobile tours, and national events.
• Develop production plans, site maps, equipment lists, and readiness checklists.
• Coordinate movement of product, vehicles, equipment, and branded assets between warehouses and events.
• Manage budgets across production, transportation, warehousing, equipment, labor, and travel.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of activations.
