Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Field Production Manager to lead the planning, logistics, and execution of consumer activations across the United States. The role covers site selection, load-in, on-site operations, and post-event reporting, partnering with Activation, Field Ops, Brand, Sales, and warehouse teams.

This is a travel-heavy, hands-on leadership position requiring strong project management and cross-functional coordination in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in experiential production or large-scale activations.
• Experience leading complex programs from scoping to reporting.
• Proven ability to manage crews, vendors, and retailers.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite execution of sampling programs, mobile tours, and national events.
• Develop production plans, site maps, packing lists, and readiness checklists.
• Oversee load-in, setup, operations, breakdown, and load-out.
• Resolve issues related to safety, timing, budget, and product quality.
• Coordinate movement of product, vehicles, and branded assets between warehouses and events.
• Maintain cold-chain integrity and inventory control across activations.
