Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Field Production Manager to bring best-in-class activations to life across the United States. You will lead planning, logistics, warehousing, setup, execution, and post-event reporting for consumer sampling programs and brand experiences.

The role requires extensive travel, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will coordinate with Activation, Field Operations, Brand, Sales, and warehouse partners to ensure smooth operation and asset management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in experiential production, mobile marketing, event operations, field logistics, or large-scale consumer activation.
• At least three years of experience serving as the primary production or operational lead for complex programs.
• Experience leading production crews, vendors, drivers, warehouse partners, field teams, and concurrent operational workstreams.
• Strong project-management, financial, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop production plans, schedules, site maps, equipment lists and readiness checklists.
• Oversee load-in, setup, event operations, breakdown, and load-out for premium brand execution.
• Serve as onsite production lead, solving issues related to safety, timing, budget, product quality, and consumer experience.
