Chobani is seeking a Field Production Manager to bring best-in-class activations to life across the United States. You will lead planning, logistics, warehousing, and on-site execution for sampling programs and brand experiences, coordinating with multiple teams and partners.

The role requires extensive travel and the ability to manage start-to-finish activation lifecycles, including asset return, inventory reconciliation, and post-event reporting.

Formación

• 5+ years in experiential production, mobile marketing, or large-scale activations.
• At least 3 years as primary production lead for complex programs.
• Experience scoping, budgeting, production, execution and reporting.
• Experience leading production crews, vendors, drivers, and field teams.
• Strong PM, financial, communication, organizational and documentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onsite execution of sampling programs, mobile tours, retail activations, and national events.
• Develop production plans, schedules, site maps, equipment lists, packing lists, and checklists.
• Assess venue requirements including access, storage, refrigeration, power, parking, security, and flow.
• Oversee load-in, setup, operations, breakdown, and load-out for premium brand execution.
• Serve as onsite production lead, addressing safety, timing, budget, product quality, and experience.
• Coordinate movement of product, vehicles, equipment, and branded assets between warehouses and events.
• Manage carriers, drivers, delivery schedules, shipment tracking, refrigerated transport.
• Maintain cold-chain integrity and inventory handling, replenishment, rotation, and disposition.
• Reconcile product, equipment, supplies, shrink, and waste after each activation.
• Budget and vendor management across production, transportation, warehousing, equipment, labor, and travel.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and risk management with permits, logs, and safety docs.
• Develop contingency plans for weather, incidents, and equipment issues.
