Qualifications

• 5+ years in field accounting, project accounting, payroll, or related financial operations.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Industrial construction, maintenance, turnaround, or project-based experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to multiple projects/sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and hold Field Accountants accountable for processes, deadlines, and accuracy standards.
• Oversee timekeeping, payroll coordination, and payroll documentation across projects.
• Oversee client billing and review project cost reports for discrepancies.
• Provide timely reporting and information to operations and finance leadership; resolve issues.
• Drive process improvements and establish standardized field accounting controls.
