Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking an Account Manager to lead maintenance crews and manage client relationships in a field-based role. You’ll coordinate with multiple departments, design landscape improvements and support sales growth across commercial sites.

Ideal candidates hold a related degree and have landscape knowledge; Spanish is a plus. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, safety, and delivering top-tier customer service in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Turfgrass or related major preferred.
• Associate degree or relevant experience will be considered.
• Landscape experience and plant knowledge are key.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop maintenance crews to work efficiently and safely.
• Use industry technology to manage team, schedule crews, track hours and budget.
• Serve as main point of contact for clients and meet regularly as a consultative expert.
• Design and propose landscape enhancements.
• Assist sales team in winning new work for the book of business.
• Coordinate across Irrigation, Fert/Spray, Safety and Field Support teams.
