Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Field Account Manager to own the field-level service experience for UnitedHealthcare customers. You will liaise with brokers, executives, and internal teams to resolve issues, educate clients on tools, and drive adoption of digital resources like myuhc and employer portals.

This role is based in Milwaukee or De Pere, WI, with four days on-site and one day off-site weekly, and requires travel up to 25% to support customers and strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Insurance license or willingness to obtain license within 30 days of hire.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer service, implementation, health care, or related role.
• Solid oral and written communication skills; ability to simplify complex information.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25%.
• Reside within commuting distance to Milwaukee or De Pere, WI.

Responsibilities

• Own the field-level service experience, ensuring prompt, accurate issue resolution.
• Build relationships with internal partners to support consistent customer experience.
• Coordinate research, consultations, and follow-through for elevated service requests.
• Lead customer education and engagement for UnitedHealthcare tools and resources.
• Drive adoption of digital tools and service channels with training and guidance.
• Maintain customer data on trends, portal adoption, and improvement opportunities.
• Support enrollment, renewal, and implementation activities as needed.
• Establish and maintain strong broker/consultant relationships for service support.
