Job summary

UnitedHealth Group in Tampa, FL, seeks a Field Account Manager to support TPA clients. You will maintain customer information, lead enrollment meetings, and coordinate with the Implementation team to resolve issues while building strong broker and customer relationships.

Applicants should have 3+ years in health care and be able to travel 25%. Insurance license is required or obtainable upon hire. You will also train customers on umr.com and InfoPort Reporting to boost adoption.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Travel at least 25%.
• Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation.
• Insurance license as required by law (or must obtain upon hire).
• 3+ years of health care industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and provide customer information to the SAE on service trends and usage, etc.
• Conduct meetings with customers to identify issues and analyze root causes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and brokers.
• Coordinate enrollment materials/directories for customers.
• Coordinate resolution of enrollment and eligibility issues with Implementation.
• Coordinate implementation activities and customer meetings.
• Demonstrate healthcare industry knowledge and customer service skills.
• Interface with internal partners to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Train customers on umr.com and InfoPort Reporting; drive usage and adoption.
