Job summary

PeopleConnect Staffing is seeking an energetic Business Consultant for outside sales in the Miami area. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, engaging with business owners and HR leaders to deliver PEO/HCM solutions.

The role requires field presence and office time, with a flexible schedule focused on activity, appointments, and revenue production. Base salary ranges and strong commission potential are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• Experience in outside sales, account executive, or quota-carrying roles desirable.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Ability to build relationships with business owners and executives.
• CRM experience, Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within target market.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Conduct discovery with prospects and present tailored solutions.
• Manage entire sales cycle from prospecting to close and post-sale follow-up.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, forecast, and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Travel to client sites and office locations as needed.
