As an Associate Account Manager for Best Buy Business, you’ll be responsible for delivering positive experiences for many well-established clients and ensuring they are offered the full capabilities of Best Buy Business. You’ll grow sales through repeat business, inbound and outbound calls, and investing in existing customer relationships. Through these activities, you’ll help us achieve financial targets and increase market share of small and medium-sized businesses.

This role is remote eligible, meaning you can work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate the client journey for new and existing clients through various lead sources (retail, trade shows, procured lists, etc.) and communication channels (phone, online chat).
  • Process solution sales and identify potential future opportunities requiring dedicated account management according to defined customer journey/transition processes.
  • Ensure all leads are contacted promptly to address immediate needs and identify future opportunities.
  • Utilize Microsoft CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) for business lead communication.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with support teams to enhance customer experiences.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge, vertical expertise, certifications, and selling skills through the Learning Network and a personalized learning plan.
Basic Qualifications
  • 2 years of sales experience
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of sales experience with technology products, applications, and services
