The Major Market Sales Executive, Upmarket identifies potential clients with 500+ employees through prospecting activities, consults with potential clients to identify suitable Paycor products and services to solve their business challenges, and sells those solutions within assigned territories. Responsibilities include self-generating leads via prospecting, telemarketing, CRM management, and networking. The role requires expertise in large, complex deals, a thorough understanding of our sales process and product offerings, accurate forecasting, and achieving sales quotas.

The base salary range is estimated between $65,000 and $105,000, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses or commissions.
