Job summary

Qualifications

• Colorado teaching license and experience designing meaningful learning experiences.
• Experience supporting students who face barriers to academic success.
• Ability to manage complex administrative processes with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience maintaining student records and data in SIS.
• Ability to work independently and with families and communities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, enroll, onboard, and support students and families throughout Field Academy.
• Build trusting relationships with students while maintaining high engagement expectations.
• Provide individualized student support and case management.
• Review and transfer transcripts into the SIS to determine progress and planning needs.
• Design and facilitate rigorous learning experiences through expeditions, projects, and community learning.
• Collaborate with Expeditions Manager to plan and facilitate experiences.
• Coordinate funding partner requirements, compliance, audits, and program accountability.
• Develop and improve operational systems, documentation, and processes.
